hello friends i want to know how much days or months should i wait to have an answer from PARIS CHC , i was checking my cic private box and they told me that my request was examined and they began to threat it since the 2nd of juine ,,,,,,,,, how long should i wait ? if someone has an answer please help  thanks for all |

hello my dear kyle , thank your for your nice words , appreciate them , and i wish you a good luck there with full of success , tell me my dear : if i didn't receive in the letter from vo paris to pass the ielts ,it means i don't need to it or not ? , i have received my second AOR from vo paris , so do you want me to pass the ielts before receiving a leter from them or just wait ? thank you mty dear and good luck .bye don't be bothered about it ismailus... god will make a way...  since your status is "received by VO" it means your papers are still qued for review. anytime they start investigating and assessing it, and see the you no longer need to send IELTS then you're all good to go... but just incase (pray not)... they would just usually require you to submit additional documents. don't worry... they won't make things hard for you... just have the faith godbless! |

Hi Folks,

Please advise me what I should do now? including how to get my refund from CIC and reapplying? Is it possible to request them to again reopen my file?

Doesn't your refusal letter mention that they will refund you fee within  ?? period? To my mind, after refusal, applicant does not require to ask them for refunding. They refund it automatically. MH |

In some cases I have read that staus changes from "Visa office eligibilty review complete" to " In process" after a week or so |

I had a talk with a consultant. He said that none of his clients, who submitted full documents in 2010, has received any further correspondence from SG office. Even those who had submitted Medicals in January are stuck in the same spot. Last night I saw a post in this blog by someone who has received a time bound refusal letter even though he had earned 69 points, and had met all points based requirements. They gave him a chance to put forward his reasons to explain that he would be able to support himself economically in Canada. I wonder whether there is any change in the system. Guys, please update your time line with trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/federal-skilled-workers to compare and analyze your case with the others. |
