Hi All,
i have send full application to CHC Islamabad in Feburary 2010, Meanwhile my company interested to transfer to me at Canada office through work visa.
work visa could be effect on my PR application or i can process both at the same time? Currently i am in Pakistan.
Please advice.

congrats,i needed some clarification,i mean my seniors are nt providing me with the reference letter,since its against their company policy,wht do i do now,since i have got all the required joining date letters,salary slips etc of present and previous comapanies.
what do i do can you plzz help me out

Referance letter is must for processing file. Please meet your seniors and convince them about requirements.Even Heading of letter is not relevant. Only things are your Duties and responsibilitis , Period and your designation is Important. |

finally! i was able to submit full documents to visa office yesterday FEBRUARY 08, 2010... thanks Good Lord! Now it's my time to wait for the Medical,RPRF,PPR... if God permits...  |

My time line is in my signature. I submitted the full docs on 28 Jan 2010. To my surprise, I received the medical request from the kuala lumpur visa office today (sent on 4 Feb 2010 - only after 6 days!). Can someone comment if this is good news or very bad news? After sending my medicals what would be the next step? I have not received any interview request and no request for RPRF.
I would appreciate any comments from senior members on this.

what does the "File Transfer " actually mean. Does this status come in eCAS. I got AOR and when I click on the AOR I see 2 lines
1. File received....
2. Mail to sent...
Are there going to be any more update from CIO mentioniong like File Transferred from CIO NS to Local CHC

This is written in my eCAS: We received your application for permanent residence on October 15, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 21, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We transferred your application to the Kuala Lumpur office on December 29, 2009. The Kuala Lumpur office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 3, 2010.

After sending the complete package, if everything is well... you receive the medical request (and you did...)! what is the reference letter? where will i get it and when will i submit it?? i want to know because i already got my file nmber (update 1st week of january) is reference letter the same as certificate of good moral character or same as job description?? i don't have an idea. thank you!! |
