sorry for the confusion. I missed the date on the fee payment form and not the authorization number.

BUT ELAR messaged me and that he missed the authorization number and his file was returned.

Just to be clear guys, mind answering some of my queries pls.

1. Do I put the 3-digit Authorization Number (For Official Use Only tag)?
2. Do I resend the old application form with the adjusted form e.g. Date the Fee payment form?

Please do provide any assistance especially those who resent their application and got their AOR afterwards.

Albularyo, do not fill the Authorization Number where it says 'For Official Use Only'. Yes, you can resend the same application form with the Date added to the Fee Payment Form provided there had been no changes to your personal details between the first time you applied to CIO and the time you got your AOR. I am refering to details like your address, your employment, education, any training, any certificates got expired that needs to be renewed, any changes to the relationships that you had mentioned in your application form, etc. Hope you got my point. If you don't have any such changes, yes, you can go ahead and add the date to the payment form and resend the package as-is. I don't see why not? Hope this helps.

hi there...im new to this forum...and i find it very helpful for those who applied in FSW scheme...actually me and my hubby we're dec applicant...our application was received by CIO last december 2009...and we are waiting for the response coming from them...and we are hoping that we will be lucky just like guys who already received AOR...thanks

My application reached to NS Sydney on 26th of October-09 and no message till now from their side nor my DD has encashed yet. Can any other member who they are waiting for AOR have checked status of their DD enchasment?

I also forgot to filled Visa Office column in imm0008e generic (Permanent Resident Application Form). What would it give effect my application rejection or approval? Can anyone tell me why this column to be filled compulsury? Can't they make idea about it as I am from India and near to Delhi?

I am very worried and have sent my application 2nd time to NS? My lawyer is very lazy and not giving any response and saying its normal mistake and I would not be rejected due to imcomplition of above referred column.

Kindly suggest?

I am afraid your application will be rejected this time as well. You should ask your lawyer why the hell he didn't check your form before sending it. He should have looked for such errors

sorry to say but your application will be returned i think. because one of my friend (FSW 3) sent his application in september'09 writing visa office name as "Canada" which should be Buffalo in his case, after 2months CIO,NS  returned the app asking him to change visa office (simply in their words:  "visa office name is wrong, correct it and re-send the app")

any new news about october applicants i get bored from waiting and when i send  a case specific inquiry through my visa office website they said " we have received your inquiry and will respond within 28 days either by mail or email" that means waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaitng again
