Hi Albularyo,

I don't see any place to input the authorization code in the fee payment form. What is the reason for your application return?

Hello everyone,

I have been reading most of the posts last couple of months. I went thru a consultant in Mar 2009 and had to re-apply again on Oct 14 after modifying the original application. He printed out and gave me the copy of the email today that he received from "FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office". The email had a "B" number with 9 digits and stated the following:

"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application is being recommended to the visa office for a final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified....."

The consultant has asked me to get the latest employment letter from my current U.S employer and also get the finger print for further processing. He says if everything goes on well, I should get the medical papers in about 4 months and the request for original passport 6-8 weeks after the medicals. In the meantime, I have to take the IELTS. He indicated that my landing papers with stamped passport should reach me by about Aug 2010.

Can anyone confirm if the above facts are realistic? I hope to be more interactive in this forum from now on.

Although it can happen but I believe based on the trends, you should be too lucky to to hit such an idealistic trend and reach the finihsh line so quickly!

I meant that the timeline for the process to be completed depends on many factors and no-one can guarantee it will take how long, though there may be some rough estimates. Maybe you can track similar cases in your local visa office through trackitt.com and get a better idea on the timeline for your case

All those who submitted full documents, did u all get similar communication saying "your application is being recommended to the visa office.....". I have been asked submit docs to Buffalo, NY.

there's always second chance, i know you're qualified
you just missed that thing...
so this time, i think you need to pay in bankdraft instead of
credit card... for sure you'll get your AOR by march...

So did I. I didn't fill this field as this is marked 'For Office Use' why would anyone want to fill a field that's marked 'For Office Use'. They should only reject my application if I FILL that field as its marked for their use.

Albularyo, if you don't mind, can you reproduce the content of the mail you received from CIO particularly the lines that made you feel that they rejected your application because of you not mentioning the Credit Card Authorization Code (3 digit number behind the card)? That would help us all to obtain clarity on this matter. Honestly, I don't think anybody would have filled that field as its also filled with Grey color.

I don't know why all these confusion!!!

I checked copy of my Credit Card payment Authorisation Form and I filled all the required columns except the column "Authorisation Number" - which is clearly written - "For office use only".

Hope you got clarified.
