Hi,
I have appointed agent( first case was Mine with that agent of skilled worker category) for just helping hand. But I have made myself documents list required as per local visa office file.

This includes following:

(1) Copy of A.O.R. received from N.S. with All the forms duly filled and signed same as submitted previously to N.S. with a One Change . If you diddnt appear that time for IELTS exams, You have to make Yes now in place of NO for proof of English language proficiency as now you are submitting your IELTS result.
(2) Notarized passports of self , spouse and Children ( All 36 pages)
(3) Notarized Birth Certificates of Self , Spouse and Children ( In English), Notarized Scholl leaving Certificates of self and spouse ( If Available). Notarized Marraige Certificate.
(4) Original Referance letter or Experience letter from all Employers . Notarized true copy of appointment letter,Promotion letter , Relieve letter or whatever Other achievements with your all Employers , If possible attach Profile Of your employer Company with Phone numbers , Email Ids.
(5) All Notarized true copies of Education documents of self and spouse Starting from your Highest Degree to Standard 10
(6) Original IELTS result.
(7) Original Police Clrearance Certificate
( Original letter from Bank for proof of funds in Bank with Visiting Card of Bank Manager .for other Investments , You have to take Chartered Accountants Certificate with his Visiting Card.
(9) 8 required size Photograph of your self, Spouse , Children ( With Name and Birth date at back side of Photographs)
(10) If you have relatives in Canada , Notarized true copy of his/her passport , Proof of residence there , Latrest Income tax returns , Other proff.
and lastly but most important is Covering letter specifying details of all documents attached in the order of attachement so it will very easy for the Visa Officer to go directly to the required document.
So Agent is only required when you are confused. But if you are sure about number of Papers, I dont think so that agent is required.

and will we send a print of the E-mail from NS with all the documents to visa office?

that's ok, if you read whole AOR it also mentions this.

since i have property on my own as a flat.if we get evaluated it ,is it ok to show as POF??

Hi,
property can be shown as proof of fund in London CHC only while in others forms of liquid funds like cash, FDs, Providend fund etc. are eligible.

I sent mailto CHC New Deli and enquired about if I can show Prof of Fund as Property, Car, Jewellery by evaluating the same.

And I received reply as Positive.

See below:
Dear Sir/Madam,

"This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

You may get your assest evaluated by Chartered accountant and submit the CA's valuation report as a present proof of funds alongwith other documents.

We trust that this information will be of assistance."

this is what one of the applicant got as a reply from delhi..regarding property!!!!

It is great news for me as I still short of some funds. We have a residential plot in the name of my husband, a car and jewellery also. But I have learnt from the forum for ND, CHC liquid funds are required and I am trying hard to arrange them.

PMM, Rupeshhari, Leoun qurox, Sanjeev etc. please advice urgently.
