Can someone please tell me whether I should get POlice Clearance certificates for a 2 year old baby,I am currently now in INdia having lived in UK for 2 years.
CIC website says PCC is required only for those above 18 years.
PLease can someone clarify.

No you do not need PCC for 2 year old baby. You need PCC for 18 years and old ( In some case above 16 years) but definately not for 2 year old

hi friends .. anybody got the  response from FBI ... who applied in buffalo? i have another question, how does  cio  send the AOR ? by email  or regular mail?do ineed to send finge print o FbIagainor wait  another 2 or 3 week? i have sent it on october last week.thanks to everyone

With respect to my last post..
I am sorry my post for the  @ chinmay caused some confusion.
I wrote congratulations to chinmay.
I was talking about his long awaited AoR.

I have NOT received AOR yet. But I am hopeful that I will get it soon.

Anyway Thanks for all those who congratulated me...

I wish best of luck for all, who are waiting for the AOR.

I received my AOR today, after 70 days exactly; Good luck for all waiting and thanks to all.
For me I will be sending my documents some time end of Jan every thing ready expect IELTS will be appearing in early Jan and British police certificate already applied, will alive the thread.

Dear fellows! Can you advise whether CIC deducts money from a credit card if the application is not eligible for consideration, e.g. job responsibilities do not coincide with required job responsibilities provided under NOC? Or, if my credit card is already charged, I can expect that I'd get their approval in any case? Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Expect AOR before weekend, as par forums other posts any one whose CC was charged received his AOR in 2-3 days time.
 @ Alexander13 - I expect same thing for you as well. I saw on forum some one applied under one NOC but NS changed his NOC to another and sent him AOR, you can search forum a bit.

I am sure all would get decision with in 10 weeks of time period.
Dec 16 is 8 weeks from Oct 16, I am 100% sure you will message from CIC in next 2 weeks.
