Thanks for all!!

Kali/zulkfal/Albularyo

My application returned because I didnt send Schedule-1 (BG) for my wife. They didnt charge my bank account. In the covering letter which I received , they asked me to send the form. Thats it. they are not very specific abt sending old/new application. But they asked to send the covering letter along with the missing form. In addition to that, they mentioned in the covering letter, we are not storing any of your information in our office.

Anyway, Same day I verified my application many times and sent the requested documents to them(one old copy & one new copy) . Lets see !!!  Grin Grin Grin

Hi balu0427,

I would like to know more about your case. I am assuming it is about the form IMM0008_3E, part 11, your work experience. Did you just fill out the main duty by your own word and did not attach the reference letter from your employer? My case is like this;

I wrote down 2 jobs, both of them are in skill type 0, A, and B, and both of them are more than 1 year and less than 2 year. When I submitted the initial application, I filled out the main duties for both jobs in the space provided in the form, but I only attached the reference letter for the first job, not the 2nd one. I am not sure if that will work.

Thank you.

Reference letters are not required to CIO, NS. So, don't worry about that.

What matter is "Proper Disclosure of Your Job Duties" on form Schedule 3 Economic Classes FSW or attach separate sheet if you find less space on the form.

Hi manzoorhussain,

Thanks for the reply. I need to ask you what is considered proper disclosure Smiley. When I filled the job main duty in the form Schedule 3 Economic Classes, I filled it with my own words and I borrowed some sentences from the NOC website regarding the job description. For example, one of my jobs is research assistant, so I wrote down "Conduct literature reviews, compile research results and assist professor in analysis of results and preparation of journal paper," which are borrowed from the NOC website. Not sure if that is OK? This is the job that I did not include the reference letter. The reason is that I mainly try to apply for PR using the work experience from the first job since the first already gives 1 year continuous full time work experience. Thank you.

Applicants sometime don't write all duties due to less space on the form. Even, they don't attach an extra sheet to disclose all duties. So, proper disclosur means, disclose all duties on the form and if space on the form is not adequate, please attach extra sheet.

Hope this will clarify my thoughts.

Hi
 @  manzoorhussain

sir

are 9-10 duties sufficent?

Well, it depend on the importance of these duties. I mean 9-10 important duties are enough. But, keep in mind, you must be able to elaborate these duties, if an interview is sceduled for you.
