Hi

My application reached NS on 09 OCT 2009.

NS returned my application along with a letter stating that additional documentation missing. ie, I didnt sent my wife Schedule-1 BG/Declaration form seperately.

My Question: Can anyone tell me,
(1) Along with the requested additional documentation, Do I need to send  (ALL) newly filled application / the same application which I got back? (any chance will it speed up the process if I send the same application I got back? because  I am able to see NS seal in the application)
(2) Can I consider that everything is fine other than the additional documentation they requested or NS officials stop at the place where they see something is missing and then again they will revisit my application. why i am asking this is, if I apply again there may be  a chance asking for more evidence again?

If that's the only problem they mentioned then just change that form, or for your satisfaction you can go through Application pack thoroughly again for any other problem.

Hi Everyone,

I am new to the group.  I received my AOR today after waiting exactly 2 months for my application to be processed.

Application sent Oct 1
Received by Sydney Oct 7th
AOR received Dec 7th

Now, I start the long process of accumulating documents and wonder if 120 days will be enough.

I live in the USA and am applying under NOC 3121

Dec 25 & the 28th. but expect little work will be done from 29th till the 31st since most staff will take holidays off.

I didn't got your point of sending new application, his application will be considered new if he send the same application with correcting mistake if there is no mistake in application any where else, or do CIC mark your application pack before returning or forwarding to local visa office. Thanks

the dates on the application on the old application package is not current. so you have to update the APPLICATION date on the old forms. start a clean slate always the best way to go.

i have served for more than 10 years in budget Department as S.Expert,In Development Project Department &In Development Plan preparation. And i thought my duties may classified in NOC as A111.they request me to submit an appropriate codes.
Senior please seeing my working experience in difference departments where i shall put myself??

Application received October 30th, 2009.

I think you have made mistake by putting an 'A' in the code. The code should be 1111 or 0111 or something like that without 'A' etc. Please confirm with someone else also.
