whats the reason for the return? i hope this wont discourage you.
Is it the "to present" part on your personal history? i put it also on my application so im kinda worried.

hi there! i am not discourage about the return of my application package. its not about to present in my employment history but ... i didnt put a check on question no 11 in one of the permanent residency form. At the same time, they asked me about the complete details of my job description. I only accommodate the space provided in the form. Some of the applicants here i know submitted another letter that entails their job description. I didnt put that. Next two days i will be meeting the immigration consultancy who will help me prepare a better application package.
Courage help me strengthen with this process. In due time, i will be in halifax, canada just like the rest of you.

Hello everyone,
I'm an October filer also. Filling under NOC 0213 from USA. My initial FSW application was received by CIO in Sydney, NS on Oct. 5th. I have received positive reply from CIO on December 4th. with further instructions and 120 days timeline to submit full application to Buffalo, NY, USA.
So, congrats to those who received good news from CIO already, patience to those who's still waiting, and the very best luck and great success to all of us who got engaged in this long and possibly "painful" process.

It seems NS has slow down their process. Even 2nd october filers have not received AOR by 7th October

Before, what's the point of delaying, there will be a pile which postal services will deliver at CIO on 28/12/2009. So, do it asap, still 2 1/2 weeks b4 Xmax holiday season start.
