Hi, ganu kaya katagal bago mrcv ung file reference no? pinasa yung application nung october.
around 2 months + 1 week allowance. So far exactly 1 months in most cases. possibly more days if you have more dependends. hth |

my d/d has not been cashed yet
can any one guide
what can be the reason my d/d was of the bank in canada as (bank of nova scotia) and i made it from india HDFC bank and my NOC was 3142 FSW

another day without any news, but hope as some Sep, 28th people got AOR today so mine looks to be in next week may be(2nd of Oct recvd date at NS), If CIO is going this slow then we have to expect more delays from Buffalo as well.

Wait bro, yesterday AOR were issued to people with application received date b/w 27/09 and 28/09. Hopefully October applications will be moving soon, mine received on 02.10.2009 still no reply, the avg reply time for CIO-NS is not 65-75 days, expect some thing in 2 weeks time. |

If you have took IELTS already, send just a copy to NS as supporting your claimed points . If you haven't, just try to make a good guess of your english proficiency points then if you get your AOR you will have to submit your original results to your visa office and your score should reflect what you have stated obviously. So, try to make an accurate guess (you can find some IELTS practice tests around the web that may help you with this matter, check the IELTS forum). Even though it states in Schedule 3 to submit a copy, I got the idea it is not mandatory.

guys,
i received a letter from SYDNEY, NS about my FSW application. Sad to say,i missed out on some questions. So they returned the application to me and the letter state that i can reapply again. I just feel so bad because i waited two months and then this thing happens. Well i guess there is still a purpose about this event. I will be hiring a consultant agency already to represent my case. I am tired of doing it on my own.
i hope i can still be considered october filer. i will be sending my reapplication package to NS before the dec 24
