FSW is faster than AINP now

Nomination process for Alberta is now going to take 8 months as per the website
http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrate/processingtimes.html
So many people will fall out of H1B status by 8 months, better apply for FSW.

Yes, obvoiusly because less number of applicants for FSW now.
It is hard to qualify for FSW now especially from IT. Only mangerial level is eligible. Almost the same way as it is hard to get H1B approval for an IT consultant.

Wow, up to eight months for AINP H1-B category! I guess that will defeat the whole purpose for those who are struggling to keep their H1-B active...
As people said. FSW is out of question unless you are in a managerial position now!

If you are applying thru FSW. Please be careful about your experience. The will dig in and out if you couldnt able to support what ever you have done.

But still ppl are getting their extensions. If applicant is really in project. There is more chance to get h1 extension.

They will dig in your job experience to see if you actually had managieral duties or if you just classify yourself as a manager to be able to apply.
