I applied to CIO Nova Scotia including processing fee of my family as Bank Draft in name of Receiver General Canada and received their approval on 22.9.09 for further submission to Visa Office Islamabad, Now submitting complete case within 120 days period.
Do I need to Include Processing Fee $ 150 Bank Draft in name of Receiver General Canada for New Child or should i submit Birth Certificate and Passport Copy of New Child alongwith complete Application. I appreciate if anybody guide me properly.

regards

Hi Ahmed

If you want to add your new child to your application (as accompanying family member), you must pay the processing fee CAD 150. Also send the passport copy & birth certificate alongwith the cover letter explaining how your family composition (previously to new) has changed. Relevant forms Schedule1 , Additional Family info, Application for PR in Canada need updating too.

Thats what they asked me to do.  If you want the relevant email, send me your email address and I will forward to you.

goodluck and congratulations for the newborn

Ahmed,

I second chandamu's answer. It'll be to your good to follow his advice strictly. Don't forget to add the child's fees, lest your case will be in jeopardy.

Regards.
