Dear friends,
Recently I got job transfer to another place, in this case, do I need to notify this change to Visa Office? If so than, what I have to do to notify this change to Visa Office (London). My employer is still same, just my work place changed. Please help me in this regard.
Thanks,
Biborno

Hi Nectar,

I am a silent reader of this forum and i have been reading all your posts. I was wondering if you could plz help me in understanding my Caips notes.
Firstly there is a note written by one of the officers after my RPRF was taken and it says as

===========================B********* CFT 13-DEC-2010====================

FILE APPEARS RFV B'FD T+1 officers list

========================== B********* MCX 10-JAN-2011====================

" I can't find the meaning of RFV and the B'fd is a bit strange too."

and i can read this line on almost all the pages

PAPER FILE SENT TO: CFT  FILE BF'D TO PSM ON 11-JAN-2011  MICROLOCATOR

 CLIENT ID      DATE OF BIRTH      STATUS           MEDICAL
  ********     **/**/****        SEC CRIM         STAGE   VALIDITY
                                                1                  M01   **/11/2011

My total points show 72.

PSDEC 1        SELDEC 4      BDEC 0        MDEC 0

plz can you tell me from this information what stage is my file  and when should i expect PHEP?

thank you in advance.

Hi Nectar,

What does the line "PAPER FILE SENT TO SC FILE BF'D TO: PS2 ON 01-12-2010 Microlocator" in my CAIPS. I am a NOC 0213 applicant and applied in February 2010, got my 1st AOR in March 2010, sent full docs in May 2010 and received my 2nd AOR in June 2010.

When do you think I can expect a medical request?

Hello Nectar

I have been reading your updates for a while and it seems you are well informed regarding CHC London. I am a Quebec Selected Business applicant from Pakistan, my interview was conducted in Montreal in 2008 and I was given a CSQ in April 2009. I forwarded all my documents to CHC Islamabad in June 2009 and the package was further transferred to CHC London in July 2010 and I have not heard from them after that, my status shows 'in process'. Kindly let me know of your thoughts on my case. Thank you.

Hi Nectar,

I am a little confused now. I am an international student and completed my 1 year post graduation program in May, 2011. I have applied for the post grad work permit before 2 weeks and waiting for it. I have an employer who wants to hire me once my work permit comes and would also not mind for ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT application. The problem is:

1. I will get 1 year work permit and within that time frame would i be able to get Arranged Employment approval (people say its approx. 2 months) and once I get the approval letter, I have to apply for the PR. so out of my 1 year work permit 2-3 months will be spent in AEO so what happens if my application is still in process and my work permit expires? Do I need to leave country ? Please help me with this.

Hello Nectar,

Thanks for the update posted on 21/05/2011. I am an applicant of August 2006 under FSW category from Dubai. I have 03 dependents in my application i.e. my wife, son and daughter. I am in an unfortunate situation and seeking your advice to understand the immigration process and status of my file.

According to CAIPS note CHC London confirmed my 71 points and interview was waived and in May 2009 we received our medical papers which we completed and sent to CHC LON in June 2009. There was no news from CHC LON about issuance of PPR. Up on enquiring with CHC London, only response we received is our file is under BG check. In June 2010 medical expired and same response repeated by CHC.

In July 2011 we again received our medical and sent it to CHC London which was received by them on 5th of August 2011. It is obvious that CHC London has completed the BG and all other necessary checks during these two years prior to issuing the second medical papers.

It's going to be month and a half since CHC London received our second medical, and if I understand the process rightfully, issuance of PPR should not take such a long time (all checks completed during the last 24 months) which is again making us frustrated.

Could you please let me know what is happening with my file and how long could it take to receive the PPR.

Best Regards
mc777
