Dear all,
Highest Priority :- Currently Post June 25, 2010 FSW PR applications are on highest priority but majority of these PR applications are not yet reached to the
final stage approval by Immigration Programme Manager at CHC London.
Priority :- CHC London Fast Track FSW PR applications (Submitted Between February 28, 2008 to June 25, 2010)
Alligned Priority :- CHC London 2007 SAP FSW PR applications who have already undergone PR medicals. Majority of these PR applicants including Ottawa
applications will soon be receiving PHEP from July 2011 onwards (3rd Quarter 2011). The PHEP issuance will depend on the results of routine background checks
and the submitted results of PR medicals. These FSW PR applications will be finalised along side the highest priority Post June 25, 2010 FSW PR applications.
On Hold :- CHC London SAP FSW 2007/2008 PR applications which are awaiting the instructions to submit supporting documents/PR medical results. These PR applications are
under a severe delay at the moment and awaiting the new instructions from Honourable CIC Minister Mr Jason Kenney. The processing timeframe could reach upto 60-66 months.
I hope this information is of use to you.

Thanks very much Nectar for the useful information.I believe your information is always correct and up todate. One good example is of holding of 2007 applicants (which did not receive their docs update/medicals requests) and CHC London send emails to a number of applicants regarding this issue.
Second one was regarding the updation of CIC website in May ,which happened a few days ago.
From your latest information should we assume that CHC London is not going issue PPRs to 2007 applicants before July ,especially what about those applicants whose medicals are expiring in August or September.
Thanks and please keep up the good work.We really need you in this forum.

dear mr nectar can you tell me what to do. thx
Hi everyone!
my visa office is london. I am pre june 26, 2010 applicant. So far I have only received 2nd AOR and nothing else. As per rumours poeple saying that new instructions will be issued in june 2011 and priority will be given to applicants who will apply after june 2011. If my noc remains in the list and I qualify under new rules do you guys think its worth applying again after june 26, 2011 and withdrawing old application.
Inputs will be greatly appreciated.
Lots of thanks

Dear people, Thanks for your good comments. CHC London sends out PHEP every day but the issuance of PHEP entirely depends on an individual PR application. I will suggest to re-do PR medicals to those applicants whose medicals are going to be expired in near future and, get a long timeframe to get into Canada. Nectar

Dear manofthematch, For your information the current PR approval rate at CHC London is about 49%. As per my information likelihood to other CHCs, the CHC London has also been assigned a 2011 PR Visa quota for SAP FSW 2007 PR applications , Fast Track FSW applications and post June 25, 2010 FSW applications. The new FSW PR applications submitted from July 2011 onwards may also need 14-16 months to be processed at CHC London. Nectar

Dear manofthematch, I will advise you either to stick with your current PR application or await until July 1, 2011 and act according to the situation. The NEW PR LAW will be more tougher than that of the current. Good Luck ! Nectar

Please be advised to wait until July 1, 2011 and decide according to your own will and the new CIC PR law. Nectar

Dear Mr. Nectar, I am currently waiting my PHEP. I completed already 45 months and by July, I will have completed 47 months. I am aug 2007 applicant. Is it logical to wait such period and in my initial application, it says 42-48. Months Thanks for your help. Best regards,
