I applied on 6th jan,2011 , CIO returnd my full application back they said accountant no longer in the list !! WTF !! Its fsw2 not from the list ! It Was clearly mentioned its fsw2 application than my agent send it back end of march, again returned they wana hide their mistake so they said one paper is missing which employer shd give it to me which says he gonna hire me once my pr issued !! But I found this paper is not important cus so many ppl here applied without this paper and they got PER from cio, its just stupid mistake from CIO and I am another victim of cio mistakes , they wasted my 6 months with no reason, that's why I applied in june and my AEO expired on 17-Sep-2011, it was for one year.. But I applied b4 expiry date Now waiting for MR ! |

Hey Rko, I'm really sorry to hear what happened to you, that is really dumb from CIO! Why would they want an extra letter from the employer when you already have an AEO approved?? I agree, they are just trying to cover their mistake. |

the date of AEO expire is mention on your AEO approve letter, it show as your application is expire when its reached after this date at cic (cic will not award arranged employment point if your application is received after this date to cic)
hope fully you'll understand see your AEO letter it would be mention on it

I received mine in July 2011.
Mine was issued on June 2011 and says Opinion Expiry Date June 2013. So mine is vaid for 2 years. |

I got my AEO on March 2011, then sent my documents on Oct2011 to Sydney, on Jan 5th 2012 I got my first file number, my Visa Office is London.
I'm waiting for the acknoledgement letter or AOR from London VO. (till now nothing).
My Ecas showing In Process.
I dont know how long do i have to wait? Can any body help me?

Hi Hossein, looking at my time frame you should have heard back from them around end of february, i'd say send them an email asking for a quick status to make sure everything is en route...but again my office is Paris office so time lines may be quite different.. good luck |
