Dear frnds.

Applied to Buffalo with AEO as an office manager in sep 2010
Attached experience was in 0621 NOC (Level O) as an Assistant manager and management trainee Grade 1 for over 3 years.
Officer refused application in January 2012 by saying " i have no experience in NOC O,A &Y B."
He said he could not verify offshore exp from India.

I had now shown any experience under title Office Manager instead as an assistant manager (sales) and technical sales executive position.

What went wrong here?
Kindly suggest.

Sorry I know this does not answer your question. But I have a few questions:

1) did you send you application for FSW to nova scotia in SEP 2010?
2) your VO is Buffalo?
3) You did get PER from CIO?

just asking because it seems like an interesting timeline for a post June applicant

Hope someone else can help you with your experience issue

Jasbir,

I was reading about your NOC and it should have been valid experience. May I ask you what you submitted as evidence of your experience? This might be the reason for refusal

Buffalo rec'd application in sep 2010.

Exp certificate submitted under title 1) Assistant manger grade 1( noc:0621), Technical sales executive (noc:6215).

VO (Buffalo) said you do not have 1 yrs exp in NOC O, A or B.

The VO did not say that i dont have exp in office manager position.
