Hi all,

I am sure this question is not posted anywhere in faq and forum. By arranged employement does it necessarily mean only from canadian employer. I have a LMO approved job offer from Indian company whose client is canadian employer. My LMO application has a cover letter from them clearly stating that after their advertising efforts failed they are recruiting me through indian company and i will in their premises and work with them for the project completion. Also my company is processing work permit for 2 years for the same project.

Help is much appreciated.

LMO and Arranged Employment are two different things.
LMO gets you a work permit for a specific period of time.
Arranged Employment will help strengethen your PR application and in some cases be the only way to get PR if you are not having the elegible occupations that they require.
Yes, AEO has to befrom a Canadian Employer.
