FSW Application with Arranged Offer

Hi everyone,

I am currently on a PGWP and going through the LMO process for a permanent job. I anticipate getting my closed work permit (valid only for my current employer) sometime around Feb 2012. I am also collecting documents for my FSW PR application and will have the packet ready by end Dec 2011.

I would like to know if it is better for me to apply for the PR now, while I am still on my PGWP and awaiting the new WP; or should I wait until I have the employer-specific WP?

Any thoughts/previous experience/opinions on which one is better - or for that matter, does it even make a difference?
