Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has abandoed it's long applied "first in first out" processing. If you are one of those FSW, Federal Skilled Worker applicant made application before 26 June 2010 and have not yet your file processed, should not expect it to be assessed 2011.

You have three choices:

1. to re-apply if your occupation appears on new 2011 occupation list.
2. wait till the time come.
3. ask the Federal Courte of Canada to order that your file to be processed.

In order to do that, you may choose to join the Skilled Worker Mandamus action.
