Dude according to Qoraz whos quiet experienced with CIC stuff.... Background check actually means the scrutiny & confirmation of all the supporting documents u have submitted... ur birth certificates.. job experience... degrees verification... now delays are caused by the authorities which are contacted for background checks..... it will take time but will eventually clear up if ur case is genuine.,..
