Sorry I don't know the answer but will bump this up in the hope someone else does.  We have to be sure your brother has smooth sailing THIS TIME!  What was the name of the person who received the app at CIO?  It looks like the postal code is pretty close, so it is more than likely just fine, but it will be good to have an expert comment.

Hi

I think its a same address, CIC office is on the corner of George St and Dorchester St , so if they have delivered it on the Dorchester gate then it will show that address, its just that some time delivery drivers go at the back in the delivery section and some infront on reception, so i think thats the difference, does not matter its been delivered at CIC office which is important.

Cheers

Thanks Pippin. I also hope that things will get any better for him this time. The worst thing is i am traveling tomorrow, so wont be in canada for the next three weeks to solve any issue. The delivery signature is by ''KRSZDWA'', so i dont know what it is ? I have asked UPS to tell me why it was delivered to another address?

Thanks Pippin, hope to talk to u soon.

Thanks saki. I do hope its the same address, and the CIC is not very fussed about that it was delivered do the wrong department due to the mistake of the delivery man.

Breathe easy - 'KRSZDWA'' has signed for a number of the other apps.  The app is there!  It will be three weeks on Monday since our friend's app was recv'd at CIO and I am seriously thinking of doing some followup to make sure it has been opened and moved forward by now as he hasn't had any word about his BD being cashed.  DO NOT intend to wait 90 days like we did the first time!!!
Have a safe trip.

Thanks Pippin. I gave CIC a call this afternoon, and they confirmed that it has been delivered to the ''citizenship application center'', and not to CIO for FSW. The person also assured that its  not unusual that the delivery men drop off letters not at their proper destinations, but the CIC direct it to its destination once they are opened. So I can sleep well tonight.  Smiley
Re follow up, I would gave them about three weeks before I call them. CIC generally gets slower near the end of the year. lets pray that our applications are accepted, as it looks like CIC is gonna open the flood gates after February.

Thanks saki!!!! what ever you said was 100 % Correct.... Smiley

Noolan 1: are you advising me to wait ANOTHER three weeks, so a total of 6, or would it be worth calling this Monday which will be 3 weeks since it was received?  Thanks for clarifying.
