Hi everyone!
I've just joined the forum this afternoon, i need help in regards to my hubby,his visa is witheld by Visa officer outside canada due to misrepresentation of documents.he was married before and his ex-wife annuled their marriage with false reasons that it was fraudulent & claimed she did'nt know who that man was!! after several weeks of looking for her,we eventually got an Affidavit where she stated she "knew the man" and annuled due to her personal reasons. With contradictory information,my hubby's visa is pending to be Inadmissible to enter canada for 2yrs !!
we are so frustrated, just landed in canda 3 weeks ago with my little son on a Temporal Work permit as a skilled worker.
I need some advice, where do we start to do damage control done by his ex-wife? the visa has given him 30 days to make a representation.
Hope to get some ideas with people who've had similar problems.
