Hi to all !
Briefly , I came to US 7 years ago on a B1 Visa , applied for asylum which was denied , and overstayd .Now I am out of status and cant change anything.  I would like to apply for Canadian PR as a skilled worker but have no idea if I can do that with my status in US. And since I can't travel to my own country is there any chance the interview to be done here in US. I realize it is a very difficult situation  but if someone has been through this Ps give me advice what to do !

If you were legal in the US originally, I think you can still apply through Buffalo.  You can contact them and ask.  You can find their contact info at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/buffalo.asp
