from TR TO PR plz help

I currently hold a study permit along with a TR and note that I have recently began my education in Canada as an Undergraduate. Would anyone plz briefly explain when I can apply for PR and for Citizenship?

Especially look at Canadian experience class for graduates and provincial nominee programs for graduates.  You have to start with PR.  Once you get PR, you have to live in Canada for 2-3 years before you can apply for citizenship, then it takes about a year to process it.
