from pakistan having student visa Married in london

pls help me m so confused.?

Got religiously married in london in march 2008 and my wife is on PR in canada.
sponsorship is approved and now file is being transfered
in london. London embassy start processing on july 2008.

In OCT 2008 they ask me my UK marriage certificate (COA) which i sent in january
after calling my wife here again for british marriage. But there is no response/Acknowledge after OCT 2008?

my student visa will expire in july 2009 so wot should i do?
wot can be possibilities?
should i write them about my situation?
or still i should wait till july?
