After i get my permanent resident visa, I'll be shipping my things to Canada esp. books as I'm planning to continue my studies there. Anyone here knows the cheapest way to ship stuff from Manila to Canada? I know for 1st time immigrants, shipping will be free of tax within a year after landing. Thank you.
