So from personal experience from everyone, with me living in canada, and her being from the status how long after we send in the application will it take to process and for her to get PR status.
I live in Alberta and she lives in illionis, so where should i send to, does any place go faster/ easier than others?
Also as i read, i do not need to make a certain income at all for me to sponsor her, correct?
I really think you should read the instructions on spousal sponsorships. From your questions, it appears that you haven't. See:
