Hi,

Will it be a problem if a person whose application for FSW under review gets an admission at a foregin university; resigns his job and goes abroad to study.

Will it have an impact on his application?

Actually the study offer is in another country.

So the problem is the visa office issue and how can it affect the FSW application? Also will it have a negative impact since the applicant is without a job and studying

There will be NO NEGATIVE impact if you accept the offer to study in a foreign country. But you will definitely have to INFORM your VO. Losing a job also will not impact negatively...but not informing the VO will.

If I move to another country will my VO change and will the application will be transferred to the new VO?

The VO remains the same. In case of interview or PP stamping the candidate will have to come to the place of VO.
