Friends, My visa just got rejected. I need some help here....PLEASE!!!!

I just got the call from the embassy today. My visa got rejected. The reason of the rejection -

 @  You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
    - Purpose of visit.

And that's it. They rejected my visa where as I mentioned that I will be joining my father's business in my country after the completion of the course. My subject is FIA leading to ACCA, and I got admission in LSBF (Toronto Campus).

Please if anyone knows what to do in this situation and inform me would be a great help. How should i convince the embassy. What should I say? Please reply me!!

I am also refused dude . . problem is not with your purpose of visit but they are refusing almost all the Ontario applicants

They took only 7 days. And I have applied from my country, Bangladesh. What should I do now mate? Any suggestions? Please, I am very worried!!!

It's nothing but another example of LSBF/Stoufville student having refusal letter in hand. (mainly for South Asian students.

It's hard to understand why students are rushing for PRIVATE school/courses (not even recognized in Canada with;

1. NO off campus and
2. NO Post Graduate Work Permit)

and thereby risking visa chances, even visa officer might be confused as to how a student will manage things without off campus/PGWP permit.

If you are interested in accounts related subjects, why not public community colleges/University? Why private schools?

Mate, I understand. But what can I do now? I meant, What if I make some strong study plan and apply again? My father is sponsoring me and I believe we have enough funds to study there till the completion of the course. What should I do about it now mate? My class going to start on February!

Hi,

1. First be cool!! If plan 'A' failed to work, still there are 25 more alphabets.

You are applying for a student visa, NOT for a visitor visa, so what's the logic of showing an excess fund. We even have millionaires with refusal letter in hand. One pakistani student was refused even after turning up with Rs. 5 crore.

2. Forget about this intake, I am sure your re-application with the same LOA won't work. Apply for the next intake. (Take admission in a public college/university).

My visa is also rejected 2 times on the same ground of purpose of visit..
I even have a valid study permit to study and also have a semester remaining. I got my all the documents right and have it from my college the letter to travel but still they refused my visa 2 times..

2. When you try for a new TRV from your homeland, CHC ask for transcripts. Any problem with your grades/academic performance?

3. Any issue with the terms and conditions of your expired TRV?
