Why don't u follow the letter's very clear guideline which they sent on how to resend info if they say fax is accepatble then fax it, they are asking for this info most likely to do background checks in the UK which normally is a good sign as that's means they are working on ur app

You must not have included that information in your initial application... So they need it to continue to process your app. It doesnt necessarily mean an Interview is needed...

i included the UK PC, now they want to know under which visa class i was there and whether i applied for UK PR. Is it a good sign? or still long way to go in waiting and suffering, by the way they have returned all the photos and wedding/reception invitation cards.

If they are asking for your status in the UK in that time period just answer them and provide documentation. If you submitted an app for PR in the UK at that time say yes and submit documentation showing that. That's it!!

By documentation I mean showing copies that prove so.

Clearly they are working on your app. Probably doing background and criminal checks on you. No need to worry and stop overthinking this process.

Best of luck to you.

It really means only one thing. " Your application is under process and they are working on it"

No one can predict whether you will require interview or not. It is just that they are reviewing your application want a clarification and documentation about your status so that they can further proceed with your appli.

You need to ask them if they accept fax or not. It is always better to mail the required documents rather then faxing it. Mail it with the fastest possible mailing service in your country if you are too much concerned about the time issue.

Good Luck
