Frequent Weekly Flyback US <-->CANADA , H1B <--> Canada Work Permit

Hello Friends,

Currently working for USA based employer on H1B, who wants me to go on a canada project on work permit for 1 year.
i have a option of flyingback to usa every week working monday to thursday.

my question is would there be any issue at Port of entry where in there will be new 1-94 issued every week and stamped on passport.
is there a possibility that i might get in to trouble considering current economic conditon and strict h1b.
