Is it true that for Quebec immigration, you can submit DELF, TCF, TCFQ and TEF?

I'm a bit confused because for the CIC application you can only submit the TEF.

Also, does anyone know if you can apply before taking the French test, and send the results later?

Thanks in advance.

Merci, mkshah.

From the research I've been doing it seems like you can send other documents later, but that will slow down the application when it comes to Quebec. I may be wrong, though.  It's best to send it all at once. Grin
