A women I know from Sud America has applied for a student visa.  She has made a number of misrepresentations and  has forged documents.  She has also worked illegally in Canada without reporting any of the income she made here.

My question is, if someone were to notify authorities, would she be exported?  Could she ever return to Canada?

Also, does the USA share in any of this type of information?  Would it effect her ability to visit the USA?

Also, she has two relatives here in Canada that are Canadian citizens that helped her prepare the application and forge the documents.  How would notifying authorities effect them?

Thank you!

I think it's very likely that she could get deported.  Her relatives who are Canadian citizens might be in some kind of trouble but they can not be deported unless they themselves had committed fraud to get their citizenship.  US and Canada do not share information on deported people so she could still go to the US
