Hi Folks,

I have been a victim of a fraud Immigration company New'B Solutions ,
I have paid him the processing fee and that guy kept postponeing the statusof the application for PR in Canada, this went for almost 10 months and when i understood it was too late and now he does not answer the calls or replies to emails,

please help me to recover my money as i cant recover the time and help me to complain on this company and the process of how it is done , i have got all the email he send and the receipt of my cheque on the name of New 'B Solution

Report him to CIC.  The Minister recently made a big announcement of intent to stamp out the fraudulent companies.

Nov 09 Application to Mississauga
Nov 09 Approved; sent to Hong Kong.
Interview April 4, 2011 (so slow!!). Passed.
15 April 2011 New medical done.
7 July 2011  COPR received.
15 July 2011 landed in Vancouver. At last.

Also, if he is a member of the organization of Certified Immigration Consultants (you would have checked t ensure he was a member in good standing before hiring him), report him to that organization.

Toby is right. But, if the consultant is not a CSIC member, unfortunately nothing much could be done against a recovery - except taking him to court that is. And that'd be futile vis-a-vis additional costs.
