forum profile problem

I am hoping there is a moderator that reads this and can help me out with my profile. Sorry for posting here but I cannot find any links to contact a moderator or administrator.

When I am logged in and try to modify my profile, under "Modify Profile", I only have the link for "Account Related Settings". There used to be options to change my image (see I have a flag, not the default) as well as enter dates of milestones in my application.

Is someone able to help? I tried clearing my browser cache but it is still the same.

Murphy's law would say that as soon as I report the issue, it starts working. If someone fixed something, thank you!

Go to Forum profile Information, there is an option called Personalized Picture, you can change it from there. Its working right now

Same problem here. I don't see an option to personalize picture, or add a signature. I'd like to track my timeline like others are doing but I don't see any place to do that.

The answer I've seen when other people ask is that you have to have a certain number of posts.  I think it's 10.
