i am not confident about that when will it be updated I am going to apply as an accountant may be when the list updated they remove accountant from the list so i m not waiting for list ang going to apply

           To day I got the rejection letter from CIC. They will send my DD in few weeks.

Could u please tell me that when you send your application and time of its receiveing in CIC.when they started ur processing.I m also in the same line,applied in September 2008 and my application processing started on Nov'2008.

My time lines are as follows:

Application sent: 21 Aug 2008
Application reach  @  CIC dehli: 24 Aug 2008
Processing Start: 4 Sep 2008
Case moved to CIC Nova Scotia: 24 Mar 2009
Case rejected: 12 Jan 2010

If you need any other info, please let me know. I will provide you with at my best. Apart of this, could you please let me know that the category in which you have applied is in 38 list or not? And also in which category you have applied?

rcvd my case refusal email today 

applied: August 11, 2008 wasnt part of the 38 NOC list.....this is unfair to all those applied during Feb'08 and November'08

My NOC 0123 wasnt in the list....as per the detailed response in mail i received from Centralized Intake office Nova scotia is mentioned below word by word as received  

"you have not updated in ur application that u have an arranged employment offer OR that you are legally residing in canada for atleat one year as a temporary foreign worker OR an international student. YOur application has therefore been assesed on the basis of weather u have work experience in the list of occupations eligible for processing. The occupations are identified by codes described in NOC"......

"For the reason outlined above, our application does not meet the requirements of the ministerialinstrauctions and your application is not eligible for processing. The fees that you have paid are refundable. You will receive a check with in 8 to 12 weeksat the address provided in your application.[/color]

any hopes or is it still a mystry my application has been transfered twice to london england office, in 2009 and then again in 2010 to same office...i dont understand, its totally sensless. Mr adnan was tellinng before that there have been some relaxation for those who applied between feb-nov 2008 can someone please explain about it.

i was rejected on 2009 and reapplied....just got my medicals 3 days back !

does the status change to "In Process" means anything in this situation when we were stuck at "aplication recieved" since last 2 years..?
