just want to know,that it is true,that,(the ppls who applied between 27-Feb-08 and 28-Nov-2008,)all the aplication which they have to reject they had rejected,and thier applications r still pending have still chance,in other words,the process of rejection is still continue for this perieod,or still going on?

Some one who applied in April 08 got rejection email today saying that they are not on the list of 38.

My case is also same,,,, i applied as secondary school teacher 4141 on Jun-08 through simplified process system in islamabad high commission. i got email from islamabad high commission that my application is forwarded to CIO Sydney canada for further processing.
my online status shows " Application Received".

Hi Bikram Cheema
You said that you applied for Australia Immigration one thing i would like to ask you that what will u do if your case of canada will accept actually my brother also in in Australia he advice me to apply for Australia PR but i am waiting for my canada result . I applied in the same period & not in the 38 list actually I have started this thread for this time frame applicants .
Cheema ji my consultant also adviced me to apply for Australia as she said that Australia PR rules r going to be more tough soon can you advice me something that what should i do

One of the applicant got its rejection e-mail and the timetines are
Applied in- Feb -2008
AOR- Mar-6- 2008
Case transfered to CIO- March-19-2009
Ecas status-APPLICATION RECEIVED (with address)
I hpoe we all will get response very soon

When did u applied ? my friend i applied on nov 2008 noc 0122 banking, received my rejection e-mail in august 2009 received my cheque in oct 2009 now waiting for any changes to apply again |
