Forms requested by Embassy. Mailing address taken out online.

Good day!
I am a new here and I have some question, I hope somebody can help me.
I submitted an application in Canadian Embassy in Manila and was received last April 25, 2011. They responded me and asked for more info about my UPDATED PERSONAL HISTORY AND LIST OF ADDRESS FROM JAN. 2010 UP TO PRESENT. I used the form IMM008 or also known as Background Declaration form. What I did was, I just updated my information and gave them some proof of billings with my residential address and current paychecks. Is this correct?
They also asked me to pay the Rights of Permanent Residence Fee already. Is this a good news that my application is heading the way?
I checked my application online and there used to be my mailing address in it before,but when they received the info that they were asking me, my mailing address was gone. Was it bad?
How long will my application will be? I was an approved AINP applicant.
