wife form paksitan, is there any form that is Missing ??

2)   Sponsorship Agreement (IMM 1344B)
3)   Sponsor Questionnaire (IMM 5540)
4)    Additional Family Information (IMM 5406E)
5)   Sponsorship Evaluation (IMM 5481E)
6)   Spouse/common-law questioners (IMM 5285E)
7)   Application for Permanent Residence (IMM0008 Generic)
   Sheducal-1 Background/Declaration (IMM 0008_e1)
9)   Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire (IMM 5490)
10)         Receipt (IMM 5401)
11)         Document Checklist (IMM 5491)
12)   Option C printout

Read the checklist (IMM5491) carefully and also look at the country specific checklist. If you have the papers on the checklists you should be fine!

i am confuse about IMM 1283E : Financial Evaluation..
i have to fill it out ?? i am just spsosoring my wife ..

If you're just sponsoring your spouse you don't need that form. Read the header of IMM 5481.
