I completed my landing process in 2010 and I returned to the US. Now I am moving to Canada permanently after getting a new job. While filling up the B4 form , I see the options are Former Resident or Settler. Do I need to indicate myself as a 'Former Resident' although I was only in Canada for 3 days when I did the landing. The definition of a Former Resident says.

"Former Residents of Canada are persons who are returning to Canada to resume residence in Canada after having been residents of another country for a period of not less than one year."
