Form no.16

i want to know that form no 16 is applicable for those who have salary near about 2 lakh but mine was near about one and half , and the company gave me appointment ,relieving  and reference letters but refuses to give form no 16 what should i do?
i have received LMO already is Form no.16 is compulsory form me??

Your company can give you Form 16 regardless of income schedule for income tax purpose at the end of financial year.(assuming you are talking about form 16 of India)
You already got the LMO so don't worry abt it my friend
