Form IMM5540E - Q9 says - Which Canadian VISA office issued your immigrant VISA or confirmation of permanent residence?

In any of my oath taking documents there is no VISA office name stated, I am wondering if the answer to this question is the Oath taking office.

If above oath taking office is NOT the answer, Where can i get/request this information from?

I assumed mine was issued in Toronto and I put Toronto i figured they can find that info easily

or did i put Kingston

1.   If you applied to Immigrate from overseas, then the visa office is the office that issued your visa/COPR.
2.   If you applied in Canada (spousal) then the office where you "landed" in Canada is the visa office.
