First of all, the Canadian government needs to be MUCH more specific when requesting ridiculous amounts of information.

Now for my problem.

It says to complete ALL names in English and native language (Korean in our case). Two questions:

1) All names meaning every name I am writing down (like city names and apartment complex names) or just person's names?
2) Our daughter is a Canadian citizen with an English name. Do I need to write HER name in Korean?

Excellent, thanks. The supporting documents and instructions are very vague.
