 Dear All

For filling the form IMM 5406- Additional family information, does it need to be filled both by principal applicant and spouse or only the principal applicant.
If the spouse also has to fill then what do we write in section A in the applicant name's whether it will be the principal applicant name or shall leave it banlk.
Because i  write the principal name in first cell and spouse in second and continue with the details of spouse's family it might confuse the Visa officer.

Hi

Read the form!  No where does it say principal applicant, it only says applicant, both of you are "applicants"
