im gonna be sponsored by my wife who lives in newfoundland,and there is Appendix C,,they say  Fill out this form and take it with you to your medical appointment.
You and all your family members who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents must fill
out Appendix C and undergo and pass a medical examination, whether they will be joining you in Canada
or not. Make enough photocopies of this page for your needs before you start filling the boxes.
my family isnt beeing sponsored by my wife,im the the only one who would be sponsored,so do i have to get a medical examination for my parents and my brothers,,,?and do i have to print this form and take it with me to the doctore when im getting my medical examination?or i have to bring with me just the form IMM1017

I think "family" in this instance means spouse and/or kids. So if you don't have any kids and your spouse is your sponsor then you are the only one who needs the medical.

Only YOU have to have the medical exam done.  Yes, bring the form from the Region Specific forms with you to give to the doctor as well as the photos as directed in the guide.

okay brother,so is that mean i have to bring with me the form IMM1017(medical examination) plus the region form too,but i dont remember they said,i should take the pictures with me too,,,
