Form IMM 1344A - Question 11

Hi folks, I need someone to help me. Question 11 on form IMM 1344A (Application to Sponsor and Undertaking) requires the applicant to indicate a Record of Landing/Confirmation of Permanent Residence number if the applicant is either a PR or Naturalized Citizen. I fall in one of those categories but I lost the original RoL since it's been a big while. How can I get that information? Can I leave the space blank and explain in a separate sheet of paper what the situation is?

I'd appreciate your responses.

Ok, I think I found the answer myself.

The Sponsorship Guide says on page 19 (pdf):
"11. If you are a naturalized Canadian citizen and no longer have your Immigrant Visa and Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292), print the name you used at the time you became a permanent resident."
