FORM IMM 1283 vs. FORM IMM 5481

Just wanted to check something with you. As you have now entered my immigration epilogue, I wanted to clarify something
As I am skimming through the various sponsorship forms to be filled, I have now come to IMM 5481 which is the Sponsorship Evaluation form. Since I will be sponsoring only my wife and that's it, no dependent..therefore, I am quite confident that this is the right form to complete.. However, I noticed that IMM 1283 is the other form that is required for someone who is sponsoring a wife with dependent children...Now as I look at that form IM 1283, I find that this one is asking more financial details, like bank details..etc..

Does that mean that in my scenario, providing bank details is not required ?? I am not sure if I still have to provide this with my application.
