Hi

I Forgot to write Height & color of eye behind photos, that are submitted along with passports for PPR  e-mail.

When I am checkign the link givne in the e-mail , it says :

Photographs:
Along with your passports, please include:

•two (2) recent photographs of yourself and each accompanying family
member. Photograph specifications
•your height and eye colour. Please include a note showing the height and eye colour of each accompanying family member

WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM ??

You should have attached a note. If not done, you can send e mail or fax quoting your information and file number.
The details are asked for CIC records, which will be reflected on the COPR.

I just wrote my height and eye colour in big letters alongwith my name and application number on the envleope and then seal theat envelope and put it inside the canada express post envelope. It seems like it was the only good option available to me at that time. And I think that's all they want too.

Sai, I would suggest that write your details on a sheet of paper and fax it, make it like a cover letter explaining that you forogt to mention it in the package you sent , so here it is. It's good to do it but in any case they have all that info on their system as well because If you remember you had filled all that info in the forms, Right? Or am I dreaming? So chances are you are safe. I would guess, the purpose of this little note was to speed up the process, so the officer or whoever put teh sticker on doesn't have to got hru tons of files to find yours and get the eye colour and your height. They will do it, but it might then take a little long.

So, make a letter like a job cover letter, add your address on the top left hand side and also the immigration;s address as well. Then write down ur application number, client id and bla bla bla. Then the main body three to four liens explaining the purpose of this letter. and in the bold words and in points form write down your EYE COLOUR AND HEIGHT.

And it should be good. And hopefully they will process it in time and you will have it soon. But make sure do this ASAP! just to be on safe side.
