forgot to mention previous UK student visa refusal Plz help

Hello

I have just applied for skilled worker visa under NOC 0111. I am currently in london. Applied before few days but forgot to mention previous UK visa refusal in background declaration form. My file has just reached Nova scotia. Please tell me what is the best thing to do now. Should I wait for their reply and change it when i submit my documents to london office ? or I should tell them immediately ?

please help me in this regard, this is little mistake i realized later and need to sort it out.
