hello all:

i have a question for those people who find jobs in canada from their home country.

please tell me how the employers in canada recruit international people and what are the process and ways of recruiting?

how do they interview?

Most people I know that find jobs in Canada while still overseas get jobs through recruitment agencies. They usually do telephone Interviews and in case they need a face to face Interview you can arrange for a Video conferencing interview.

can you plz let me know the names of these agencies.. are these the normal recruitment agencies based in CA or some specified one that work specifically for international employees.
